Grading for ATA Juniors in Kabul: Mr. Najmuddin Safi, conducted the grading for ATA juniors on Tuesday, 28 April 2009. 18 GUP holders appeared for the grading. Out of which Ratib Zarif, Sayed Rohullah Sadat, Sohrab have been promoted to I Degree Black Belt. Sayed Zabihullah Sadat promoted to Black Strip. The rest 16 have been promoted to 9th, 8th, 7th, 3rd and 2nd GUPs. The grading included both the practical and theoretical aspects of the ITF Taekwon-Do. Those who were graded for the I Degree Black Belt, apart from the setting stance punch, basic kicks, jump kicks, flying kicks, consecutive kicks, kicks on kicking pads/ flippers, patterns, one step sparring, free sparring, pre-arranged sparring, breaking, self-defense, and special techniques, they had to pass a written test as well. Congratulations to all of them!!!!
