ATA 3^rd Seminar Successfully Held in Herat Province

Mr. Najmuddin Safi, ATA President, Al-Haj Homayoun Mohammad Zada, ATA Senior Advisor, and Mr. Saifuddin Safi, Assistant to the President of ATA, visited Herat Province from the 27 Feb to 03 of Mar 2009. The Delegation was warmly received by ATA Representative for Herat, Mr. Safiullah Safi, and members of Ehsan Safi Taekwon-Do Association at Herat Airport. 

Mr. Safiullah Safi organized a meeting for ATA Delegation to meet with the Officials of the Sport Department of Herat on the 28 of March 09. ATA President explained the purpose of the trip to Herat and thanked the Officials for their concerns.

On the 01 of Mar, Mr. Najmuddin Safi conducted one-day seminar followed by upgrading session. The seminar covered all color belt patterns. The sine wave and differences of fast motions, connecting motions and continuous motions were well explained and demonstrated. The seminar was attended by more than 100 practitioners from different Taekwon-Do schools in Herat.  

13 practitioners appeared for the exam and were promoted to the 1^st Degree Black-Belt. They will soon receive their ITF certificates.  

Mr. Najmuddin Safi appreciating the efforts of Mr. Safiullah Safi, issued a Certificate of Merit to him.  

The Delegation left Herat for Kabul on 03 of Mar 2009.
